Power 106: Swiperboy coaches Chris Brown & Mac Miller
Power 106 of Los Angeles held their third annual celebrity all-star basketball game on September 11th. The game, which took place in downtown Los Angeles at USC's Galen Center arena, was a charity event benefiting East LA's Homeboy Industries. Homeboy Industries provides hope, training and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.

The game consisted of celebrity coaches Swiperboy, D'Angelo Russell, Jordan Clarkson, and Brandon Ingram of the Los Angeles Lakers. Some of the big names on Swiperboy and Clarkson's "White Squad" were recording artists Chris Brown, Mac Miller, Tank, Keke Palmer, Problem, street ball legend The Professor, and Power 106's very own DJ Felli Fel. Russell and Ingram's "Blue Squad" consisted of recording artists Omarion, Kid Ink, Casey Veggies, Lil Dicky, Don Benjamin, Kalin, DJ Pauly D, street ball legend The Bone Collector and more.
